Northfield Farmers Market – Open for the Season!
In operation for over 35 years, The Northfield Farmers Market offers a wide variety of locally grown products, all of them raised within 15 miles of downtown Northfield!
Located in downtown Northfield at Riverside Park (Water and Seventh Streets).
Farmer Market Hours:
Tuesdays and Fridays 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Open seasonally May 8 – end of October, the market hosts over 40 local growers and a wide variety of seasonal offerings: fresh seasonal fruits, vegetables, fresh herbs, dried flowers, and Spring and Summer potted plants and perennials, annual flowers, flower and vegetable plants, fresh cut flowers, eggs, baked goods (breads, pies cookies), jams and jellies, herbal vinegar, maple syrup and locally produced honey!
Special seasonal fruits/vegetables include a wide variety of potatoes, tomatoes, green beans, peppers, sweet corn, melon, apples; (when in season) strawberries, raspberries, ornamental corn, squash pumpkins and gourds.
Meat, cheeses and fresh produce are also available,
Fresh products! Locally grown, most of it organically grown and all offered in a characterful tree- lined setting along Riverside Park – which also provides a playground for young children while parents shop and visit with neighbors.
